03-07-2009-Roundhouse

The weather today was blustery and seas picked up. A few of our guests were out at sea with the sharks and I took a couple of clients to Cape Agulhas. It was an excellent day out and we all had a great day visiting the most southern tip of Africa. We saw a Stingray at the beach at Strausbaai and has a great burger a Cafe Nostra on the beach. We went up the Lighthouse and stood at the most southern tip between the 2 oceans. (Atlantic & Indian) We then headed 1km down the road to the newest shipwreck on the coast (1983) called the Meishu Maru. I was amazed to see that the wreck had been completely turned around and the bow of the boat which was previously headed towards the beach was not headed out to sea. The seas must have been really big to turn such a huge structure!
